The breakfast was just okay. the food didn't seem very fresh one morning. the minibar prices were REALLY high. A small water bottle cost a ridiculous amount.

the staff was amazing and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel looked gorgeous and it was always kept clean! even though breakfast didn't have many international options, it was still delicious. i also appreciated the clean room and fresh towels everyday.
the jacuzzi was powerful but not warm. it would have been nice if the jacuzzi was warmer for relaxation.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. coffee and tea were readily available during breakfast hours. the restaurant served really good food, but the prices are too high, i think.

The location was strategic, only about 5 minutes walking from the tram station. this made it easy to access various attractions in the area. it was great being close to public transportation. It saved time and money.

The staff provided excellent customer service. They were very polite and friendly. emre and ozlem were very hospitable people. i really appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist.

the breakfast was awesome. the lobby is great with plenty of space. the family connecting room is comfort and clean, very easy for me to reach my children. the air conditioner is good, and it kept the room at a perfect temperature.
there is only one bar and restaurant. the outside terrace faces a very busy motorway. the menu at the restaurant is very expensive. it cost over £30 for a hamburger, a little too much.

The hotel is right next to the tram. This made getting around the city very convenient. The breakfast offered a diverse selection. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
The food pricing felt surprisingly high. I paid a lot for a burger that did not meet expectations. The wifi was inconsistent. It was too slow for any serious work or meetings.
