While the very nice staff, especially Ms. Gulgun, truly stood out for their kindness and attentiveness, I faced issues like miscommunication during check-in and some housekeeping problems that slightly dampened my experience. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul, being close to public transport, making it easy to get around the city.
